We specialize in crafting exquisite jewelry using solid gold and high-quality diamonds.
How do I determine the correct size for my ring?
The most accurate way is to use a ring sizer tool. It consists of a set of rings in various sizes. Simply try on different sizes until you find the one that fits comfortably. Visit our showroom and we'll measure your ring size together.
If you already have a ring that fits well, you can measure its inner diameter using a ruler. Then, match the measurement to a ring size chart to find your size. There are also apps that will measure your ring's size.
There are also DIY methods using string, paper, or a printable ring sizer chart. These methods can give you a rough estimate, but they may not be as accurate as using a proper ring sizer.
Once you have determined your ring size, make sure to double-check by trying on a few different rings in that size to ensure it feels comfortable and slides on and off easily.
Do you provide certificates of authenticity for your products?
Upon request, we offer a certificate of authenticity from a third-party verifying the product's quality, with an added fee.
All custom jewelry pieces featuring diamonds are accompanied by a GIA certification for quality assurance.
Are your products covered by a warranty?

Complimentary Repairs:
We will repair items purchased on teresaandsons.com at no charge within the first 120 days of receipt of purchase.
Repairs After 120 Days or Due to Misuse:
Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur repair and shipping fees at the customer's expense.
Repair pricing varies depending on the style, starting at $30, plus shipping.
Repairs requiring international shipping will incur two-way shipping charges.
Ring Resizing:
Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized.
Pricing for ring resizing varies depending on the style, starting at $60, plus shipping.
Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the customer's expense.
Warranty and Third-Party Repairs:
We cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler.
Any warranty on the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on a Teresa and Sons design.
If you need to send a repair, please notify us by email at info@teresaandsons.com with your name and the order number of the original purchase. When shipping your repair, include your name, phone number, and desired return address where someone will be available to sign for the package upon receipt.

Can I request a different chain length for necklaces?
For all custom jewelry, you can specify the chain length. For finished jewelry, we offer options to either shorten the chain or add a link to adjust the pendant length.
Can I request a specific clasp type for my necklace or bracelet?
Yes, you can request a specific clasp and we can add extra rings to the chain to adjust its length. Please note that an additional fee will apply. Additionally, not all clasps can be changed; it depends on the type of chain we are working with.
Do you offer customization options for your jewelry? Do you offer engraving services?
We are renowned for our bespoke jewelry. We can customize any piece to your specifications, thanks to our in-house atelier and skilled bench workers who craft each item from start to finish. Additionally, we offer engraving and laser cutting on gold, allowing you to personalize your jewelry exactly as you wish.
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
All our jewelry pieces arrive in beautiful gift-ready packaging, though they are not gift wrapped.
Do you offer international shipping?

Prices and shipping fees do not include import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Teresa and Sons is not responsible for brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, or any other associated fees.
The recipient of the order is the importer of record and must comply with all laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country.
Teresa and Sons is not liable for delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.
All costs incurred for a refused delivery, including high customs or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the destination country, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Items in stock will ship within 3-7 business days after purchase. Made-to-order and out-of-stock items will typically ship within 1-3 weeks, unless otherwise specified. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
If your order requires expedited processing, please contact us, and we will prioritize your request.
Every item has a different processing time, specified at the bottom of the product description on the product pages. Once an item ships, it should arrive in 3-5 business days.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
What is your policy on lost or stolen packages?
Signature upon delivery is required. Teresa And Sons is not liable for lost shipments once tracking indicates delivery. We are not responsible for delayed delivery due to customer unavailability for signature upon arrival, or due to unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company.
Rush orders
Some of our styles can be rushed, others cannot. If you're interested in expediting your order, please email the style name and custom details to info@teresaandsons.com, along with your desired delivery date.
If you've already placed an order, include the order number from your confirmation email. We'll promptly inform you about the availability of rush processing and overnight shipping options for your specific style.
Kindly note that rush orders and overnight shipping will incur additional charges.
