Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on non-custom, unworn jewelry within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@teresaandsons.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and with all original packaging.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or in error.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item has been inspected and approved. Processing may take up to 7 business days.

Final Sale Items
The following are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

• Custom or bespoke jewelry

• Engraved items

• Any item marked as a "Sale Item" at time of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@teresaandsons.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos. We will assess the issue and offer a suitable resolution at our discretion.

Rentals

All rental orders are final sale and non-refundable.

Once a rental is booked, the piece is reserved exclusively for your selected dates and is removed from availability. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or date changes under any circumstances, including event cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or changes of mind.

Please ensure your dates, selections, and fit are confirmed before booking. If you have questions about sizing or styling, we’re happy to assist before your reservation is finalized.
