Delivery Timeframe

In-stock items: Will be shipped within 3-7 business days after purchase.

Custom-made and out-of-stock items: Will be shipped within 1 to 3 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Urgent orders can be prioritized upon request.

Delivery

Signature required upon delivery. Teresa & Sons is not responsible for lost shipments once tracking confirms delivery. We are not liable for delivery delays due to customer unavailability for signature, unforeseen weather conditions, or technical issues with the shipping company.

If a package is returned to Teresa & Sons for any reason, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

International Orders

Buyer is responsible for import duties, customs taxes, tariffs, and any other charges. Recipient must comply with the laws of the destination country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs issues during international shipping. Costs incurred on refused deliveries due to customs or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final unless there is a product defect. Exchanges are available in case of product defects, provided a request is made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Certain items, such as special orders and deposits for custom pieces, are non-returnable.

Repairs

Our jewelry are guaranteed for 60 days from the date of purchase against defects. We reserve ourselves the right to refuse repairs if items are believed to be intentionally damaged or misused.

Repairs available after 60 days for an additional fee, plus shipping and handling costs.
